Suppositories are placed in<\/p>\n<p>slots of plastic film. Each slot is separated by perforation enabling removal of one slot with suppository from the rest of<\/p>\n<p>blister. To remove suppository from the slot, simply stretch sheets of the foil. After application in rectum, suppository<\/p>\n<p>melts forming gel of moisturizing and barrier properties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\">Composition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 suppository contains 10 mg hyaluronic acid as sodium salt and a neutral fat as an excipient.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\">Mode of action<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After introduction of suppository to rectum, due to body temperature, suppository melts and dissolves in recital<\/p>\n<p>environment. Releases hyaluronic acid swells due to contact with moist discharge and forms a gel coat on the surface of<\/p>\n<p>mucosa. It forms protective barrier and forms proper conditions for activation of natural regenerative and immune<\/p>\n<p>defense processes. Before administration, wash your hands thoroughly. If the<\/p>\n<p>suppository is too soft, before taking it out of blister place it in the fridge for few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Tear away from the blister one slot with suppository. Using both hands hold one layer of foil each (between the thumb<\/p>\n<p>and index finger) and slowly separate layers from each other. Carefully remove suppository from the foil. Gently push the<\/p>\n<p>suppository in the anus. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, use one suppository before bedtime. Suppositories may<\/p>\n<p>be used continuously for 5-10 consecutive days. If needed, treatment may be extended for up to 20 days.
