Vitamin C participates in the development of the immune system, teeth, skin, bone and capillary endothelial cells. It promotes the absorption of the non-heme iron and other elements from the digestive tract. Vitamin D is involved in the phosphorus and calcium metabolism. Preferably, it affects the state of the kidneys, bone and intestine.
