Turmeric (Curcuma longa) and radish (Raphanus sativus) contain substances with well-defined cholepoietic and cholagogic action. Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) is strongly hepatoprotective. It protects the liver from the damaging effects of free radicals, lowers blood cholesterol levels, also stimulates the synthesis and secretion of bile. Ingredients contained in plant extracts have additional, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
